    well i tryed every process on here and it wouldn't work. So i got a hold of Rogers and they accessed my computer and loaded it for me. Unfortunately they didn't tell me what they did i would have liked to know lol

    no it was a white screen with a 507

    507 just means no OS detected. You should be able to double click on the loader.exe file in C:Programs/Common Files/Research in Motion/Apploader to load the OS.

    Make sure DM is close first.

    Ok, just thought I'd ask.

    I know you got it straightened out but if you had gotten a black screen with a solid red light you could've pulled the battery and put it back in and restarted your PC and started over.

    Could be useful information if it ever happens
