ive been having problems with the messages application, it doesnt respond (uncaught exception.java.lang.illegalarguement.exception) when you click on it and i have installed various updates and firmwares via desktop manager online. but i realise that not all the setting have been deleted as the carriers logo and phone restrictions are still on the phone. how do you hard reset this phone to factory conditions??
