    Options / Security Options / General Settings. Menu / Wipe Handheld.

    This will erase all of your data and restore all the device setting back to defaut. It will not restore deleted applications, for that, you will need to do a full OS Install.

    It won't fix the problem. You will probably have to reload the previous OS version, and hopefully you have a backup file to restore from.
