I just got the curve on Thurs and I had to charge it twice already. Not abnormal, but am thinking about getting the extended battery featured on the crackberry curve accessories page. Is it worth the $20?
That is perfectly normal depending on your usage. I charge nightly and if I pushed it I would get 24 hours or so with moderate use.... The 1500mah battery is nice but I am not sure I would want the large 2600...... New door and all etc... Which one is for 20?

I ate up my battery pretty fast when I first got mine but with normal use my battery lasts a couple days which is totally acceptable for me, I just charge it for a couple hours here and there if needed or in the car. I bought a brand new battery on ebay for $8 since my curve was used.
I just got the 1500mah battery because my 8330 battery needs charging every night. I just put it in so I'll see how it goes. I too did not want the large 2600, too much bulk.

Even with the Innocell 1500 Extended Life Battery, my phone ends up being charged 2x's a day. I don't see any difference between this one and the battery that came with my Curve.
i normally charge my batteries every night. if, for some reason i can't, then i just charge off my laptop the next day here and there
i have never run out of battery or even went under 40%
at first, i thought the battery life seemed pretty short but i guess i just don't like not seeing my battery life as full..call me weird..
I keep my GPS turned off when not in use. I lowered my dislpay light to 30% and if m going to be where I know signal is weak, I power down. I charge my 8310 nightly, but have gone 4 days without charge. 2600 would be nice, but for the bulk I'd just throw an extra charged 1500 in my laptop bag or backpack.
