I am a new BB owner and new to the blackberry OS and software available.
I used to own several smartphones that had Win Mobile OS on them and I was able to explore the system files and folders to make changes or tweaks.

Is there a way to explore the BB system files and folders as well as any tweaks that can be done?....if so, how to?

    Thanks

I don't think there's a way to see the system files, though. It's a BlackBerry, afterall.

That's true but some apps store files on the internal memory and you can use BBFileScout to find them and delete them if need be.

That reminds me, aren't you supposed to be able to access system files with BBFileScout?

    I've never been able to.
