Anybody else have this problem? I have a ringtone I love, but when set to escalating, I swear it starts at eardrum piercing and stays at that level - no escalating. Today, I left in on my desk at work, and was several cubes away when the thing went off and I could hear it as clear as anything. A bit embarassing to say the least Any hints on quieting this thing down?

Set the volume of the ring to "Low" or "Medium", whichever suits you better.

To do this, go to Profiles -> Advanced -> Highlight the profile you wish edited, hit menu and Edit -> Change volume to your desired setting
