so i just upgraded OS to 4.5.0.69 thought it would be a good idea to backup my device.

i'm running DM 4.6 and when I try to backup my device, all goes well until it gets to TLS Options and tells me "error back up database(s)"

I tried to do it from advanced, i get errors on browser bookmarks also and stopped there, i'm not sure how many more errors i might get if i tried one by one.

any ideas?

anyone? any ideas at all? can i check error logs somewhere?

These errors are hard to work through because the errors don't give you nearly enough info to troubleshoot the issue. The only idea I have is to not back up those databases or to try clearing them.
