When I try to "copy down" a video in Media Manager it gives me the options to convert for optimal playback or advanced conversion or no conversion. If I use "optimal" or "Advanced" when I try to play the copied video it says "An error occured while attempting to play media". and sits there with "Error Playing" in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Is there something wrong with my media manger? It says Build 940B07N ENU as the version.
What kind of video are you trying to convert? The only thing that comes to mind is that the video is encoded to a codec that media manager is unable to convert.
