    I just tried to sync my phone to my laptop using the desktop manager and got an error message that reads "Intellisync - unknown error reported" any idea what this means or how to correct it? I am using the desktop manager 5.0 and have a curve 8330.

    Try downgrading DM and see what happens, like 4.7 maybe?
