I had this problem before but When I first got the Blackberry it was from a third party. Then I tried upgrading the software but the DM said: The BlackBerry Desktop Software does not have BlackBerry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator.
I don't remember what I did to fix this last time, and I tried searching all over the place. From my last "Help" post I connected the blackberry to the computer and the computer recognizes the blackberry. So I think that it's probably an OS problem I hope. But what software do I need to get rid of that message so I can go ahead and try to reinstall the OS? Thanks
