    Trying to sync today and got error message that system could not find blackberry 8330.msi file. I erased prior version of 4.5 and tried to start from scratch with disc from original box (version 4.3) still same error message? anyone have ideas? thanks

    I got this error when my IT Dept made some security settings changes. Has anything changed on your Windows setup? Has anything changed on your PC?
