hi my blackberry has app error 523. i have read the instuctions on how to fix it, but my problem is that my phone is stuck in mass storage mode and desktop manager/jl_cmdr cannot find my blackberry. how do i turn mass storage mode off?

ya unfortunately i have no screen to go to options> media . i only have app error 523, and is stuck in mass storage mode so i cant connect to the phone.

neither of these insturcitons switch the device out of mass storage mode! my pin is still not being detcted.

You don't need to switch out of mass storage mode! These are instructions to follow when DM can't detect your pin. Read through them carefully, I know this can be stressful. I went through a similar issue.

i know followed the instructions and get to app loader and only com 1 and com 10 are detected. there is no pin for me to select. this is very odd.
