Every time i try to log on to internet on my 8330 bb from vzw i get this msg---------------Your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries Please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device-------------I try called vzw but was on hold to long.Can anyone help?

try options/advanced options/host routing table hit the menu button then register now. if that doesn' t work login to your verizon account online from a pc look for bb internet email options and resend your service books

Have you set up any e-mail accounts? If so, it is on the same place you set up your e-mail accounts, on the left hand side.

If not, I'm sure someone can post the link for ya.
