I cannot find a way to close ePocrates. There is no close or exit option thus it stays running in the background so it can update itself. Well wait a second... I will first try shutting down auto update then see if it stays on. I will let you know.
I love posting and answering my own questions when I have to think about it to explain myself.
Does anyone have any other programs that stay on in background.
I hate hitting alt+esc and scrolling through open programs like this when I want the minimum stuff bleeding my memory.
