Enterprise activation (sync) misses older messages
- I'm just starting to administer Blackberry at our organization. I'm having a problem getting a user's 8310 to sync up with our BES. We use MS Exchange. He initially had low memory causing random messages to 'delete' from his device. He's a sales guy who want to retain older e-mail for reference. After freeing up some memory, I tried to do a new enterprise activation. Everything synced up, except the messages, which only went back a few days. I then wiped the device, deleted the user info from BES, readded the user, and reactivated. Again, the e-mail only synced to about a week ago. The handheld is set to show 6mo worth. Any ideas?
