    When I get an email sent to me via Redirector it looks like a only get a portion of the email. When you say "Get More" nothing happens. Is there a setting I am missing to get the complete email?

    If you are on a BES there could be a limitation your company has set on how big an e-mail is that goes to your device. There are settings in the Redirector that also limit certain sized e-mails from being sent. You may want to look at the redirector settings as that may be causing it. As for why you are not getting more of the e-mail when you click on Get More, I am not sure about that. Mine usually works fine unless there are network burps or outages.
