im after a bit of advice
ive had my 2nd hand blackberry curve for about 4 months ,
and as i have some spare time now i thought i would try to set the email up.
I know i have to set a blackerry data plan up on my account
as the email set up screen only gives me one option.
As the phone is second hand is there any way of checking if the pin has been registered?
i dont want to go to all the hassle if i cant do it
i bought the phone from cex in england so i cannot check with the previous owner

You can call the carrier and ask.

the 8310 is unlocked
with no network branding
so i think it was bought sim free

Doesn't matter. When you ask to add it to your account, they will either say ok or that it's already registered.
