A coach at my school recently bought an 83xx with gps and the whole deal. He wants to set up his mail so the schools email will show up. Easy enough right? Well I thought so. But there is no personal email set up. So I went into the regular set up and there was no option for personal email. Only option for setting up a BES account. Pretty sure its new. Please help. I'm pretty versed in the blackberry.
Any tips? Please let me know. Thanks.

Make sure he has the Blackberry Data Plan and make sure his device is registered with his carrier's wireless network. A simple call to his carrier's customer support should solve this issue. If those two things are all set, then go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table. There he should select one of the items to register with. Do a battery pull and restart device and the personal email option should be there.
