    I was curious is there were any other RR users out there specifically in the RDU area of NC that are noticing a lag in email delivery times to their BB's ? I did a couple of test sending mail to the RR addy and it took almost 15 min to end up on my phone. Checked my other acts and email delivery time for acts such as yahoo or bb arrive within a min. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated....Thanks in advance.

    Yahoo and BB mail is realtime. Aol and hotmail is realtime also (quite sure). For all other emails, BB polls their server every 10-15 mins.

    This is correct. You can try logging into your carriers BIS page and re-send the service books.
