I have my contacts split between business and personal. When my email is open and I type in a name, the olny names that come up are from my personal list. How can I access the my business contact with auto complete for emails?

Go to your address book, press menu and then filter. Make sure that none of the categories are checked.

With the BB powered on, remove the battery for a few seconds, then put it back in. Don't really know other than that since I don't have experience regarding your set up.
