I was wondering if there was any way to not have the curve produce 3 beeps whenever it recieves an email.

Profiles-scroll down to advance- go to active profile-menu-edit-email and edit the email settings

profile>advanced>select your profile to edit>messages(email)>number of beeps 1,2 or 3

Yes, just go to your Profile icon and select Advanced... , and then go to the Profile you are using and select Edit. Then scroll to the email address you wish to change and set both In Holster and Out of Holster to None.
