So I had to reset my blackberry 8310 today got a error message and the only way to take care of it was to reset the phone. I have everything back the way it was but where you go into the advanced option for ring tones and set which messages you want for what tone, everything is there but my email does anyone know how to get it to show back up?

Try a battery pull. Power on, take out battery, wait 30 seconds, reinstall battery.

By "reset" do you mean "wipe handheld"?
Have you tried sending service books, or doing the "register now"?

Are you able to send/recieve email on your blackberry?

Yeah I had to "wipe the handheld". But I finally did get it to work I deleted my email from the phone and then set it back up and it works now.
