    when i am trying to send an email on my curve 8310 it is giving me the options for save edit, pretty much all of the options except send. does anyone know if this is a common problem or how to get around it any help would be muchly appreciated.....richiegra

    my mother had this problem on her 8703e when replying to emails ... I'll try and see what she did, but more than likely (as she isnt very phone savey) she just had her company replace it ...

    When this happens, the email account is missing, or corrupt. Resend the sevice books. Log into BIS (your account), and do it from there...

    I'm having the same problem, but from my corporate e-mail. I followed your instructions and sent the service books again, but it refers to my personal e-mail, not the corporate. What do I do to fix the corporate e-mail?
