    sometimes I get mail sometimes I don't. Sending email from my BB is about the same, it's hit and miss. Not sure if I have something set wrong.

    Go to the e-mail settings icon, open it and resend your service books...

    SD is correct. Try resending your service books. Next, do a battery pull. Check to make sure this isn't a network issue. If all else fails, delete and reinstall your email account to the device.

    may need a little more info. Only had my curve a few weeks. Is it under options after the app is open or in the general options and email settings?

    Go to the email settings icon on your homescreen. Open it. Select service books. From there, select resend service books.
