I am having trouble with me email. When I hit reply to any email and type it I do not get the send option. all I get is the save draft. How do I fix this? Thanks!

You might try logging into your BIS account and resend service books.

It is my hotmail account that is set up on my BB

When you logged into your carrier's BIS website, you are able to resend your service book to your BB.

If you resend the service books from the BIS website, your hotmail acct will receive a notification email on your Blackberry.

On sprint it is under help… you might also have an option on the device under options, advanced to send service books… Try manage connections, menu, reprovision…. if it takes too long a call to your carrier and they should be able to help you..
