Well I have 3 account setup on my 8330.

My normal exchange work address, my Gmail and my AOL.

All receive and send emails just fine BUT

Whenever I receive an email for the Gmail or the AOL account, a copy also shows up in the MAIN exchange folder on the 8330.

Is there a way to stop this? It is basically making me delete things twice therefore twice the work!

I just realized that although the mail shows up in the main folder also, when I delete it from either the AOL or Gmail folder, it also deletes it from the mail box....

I see from your second post that you figured out the delete issue. Rim intended the Messages Folder to aggregate all the various inboxes, so emails will show up both in their specific inbox and in the Messages Folder. You can't turn this off.
