Hey all, sorry ive been MIA for so long. I recently ran into an issue after upgrading wirelessly to 4.5.0.175 a few of my email accounts (hotmail and a microsoft exchange one) do not have the ability to "Delete on Handheld", "delete from mailbox & handheld" and so on. Now, my only option is to delete, or cancel. I like to keep my BB inbox pretty neat, but my physical web inbox is a disaster lol. has anyone else had this issue? help?

Yea I got the same thing. I never have tried to correct it I just go online about once a month and clean out my old emails.

This is something you can change in "Email Setup"--I think it's in "General Options"

Messages, Options, Email Reconciliation. Select your email acct, change Delete On to Prompt. Repeat for all accts.
