I've just about given up...even VZW doesn't seem to know what to do, and I've 'pulled it out' about 4 times in the last 24 hrs, to no avail.

I was running BIS, and had been sending/receiving email at my business and personal addresses. Sunday, I suddenly could not send/receive business email on BB. Searched forums, called VZW as recommended, and all they did was delete that email from my BB so I could add it again...but now I can't add it. I get error: 'We were unable to set up xxx.xxx.com.' Why can't I re-add this account? Must I contact VZW again, or is there another method?

Also, I set up a BES email in desparation...is there a way to retrieve the business email that way?

As always, I learn so much whenever I log on to CB...even when I can't find an answer to my question, I learn something else, instead!
