Unfortunately, I recently was restructured out of my job. So, I bought a new Curve 8310 to stay connected. My cell phone service is via AT&T, email is via Comcast.net.
Having a few communication issues between the Curve and Comcast email account.
* I receive my comcast emails on my desktop, but only some of them appear on the Curve.
* If I read an email on the desktop, it does not show as being "read" on the Curve, and visaversa - even after 24 hours.
I have spent hours and hours with AT&T, RIM and Comcast trying to fix this but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Open your email on your Blackberry >Hit menu >Options >Email reconciliation. Set Delete On to : Prompt
Set Wireless reconcile to:ON
Set On Conflicts to: Mailbox Wins
