    So, to start with, I put my personal e-mail into my phone. That doesn't work, it tells me that my phone is not configured for it. So I try to set up a new account and it says that I can't because I already have an e-mail account set up. Any ideas?

    did you have a bb before? i would suggest that you call your carrier tech support. they should have admin for the bis, and will be able t5o look at that email aocunt, and delete that from the bis, and help you get your email set up.
