I have a AT&T 8310 about 10 months old. Whenever I send an e-mail a copy of the e-mail comes back to me on my device and gmail account.
Also when I delete an e-mail either on the device or the gmail account it doesn't update on the other.

I have looked through all the e-mail options
Confirm delivery, confirm read and send read receipt are all set to NO.
Delete is on Mailbox and Handheld, Wireless reconcile is set to ON and Mailbox is set to win on conflicts.

Does anyone have any suggestions???

Naviwilliams has instruction in this link to turn off duplicate emails from gmail, it fixes your problems.
