    Just like it says, I can make a call and I will bw able to talk for maybe 10-15 seconds then I hear nothing and neither does the person on the other end. Any ideas?

    Okay, I got it figured out. (I'm supprised no one here had any suggestions)

    It seems that my phone was send/recieving data and that killed my calls. I shut the data off and I call and talk as much and my little heart desires.

    R u sure? 8310 uses EDGE data, and is not capable of simultaneous voice/data...

    But thats what the 4.5 software is supposed to do on the bold Im not sure if the 8310 is built to have it though.

    Apples and Oranges, the 8xxx series phones can't send Data while on the Phone, the processor isn't capable of handling dual task.
