    Alright today I downloaded documents to go for my 8310 with 4.5. When I tried to open a document it says 'cannot open because the file is an RTF file.' Anyone know a solution to this? Any help will be appreciated

    Can you change the extension to .doc? I don't know about docs to go but word usually opens rich text files. What was used to create the document?

    The file is a .doc. Don't know why its not opening.
