I hope this hasn't been asked.... When I open Roxio to manage my media I have 5 folders. ringtones, music, videos, pictures and documents. I can see my documents in Roxio and view them there. I can't find the folder on my BB or view them once I close DM. Is there a doc folder on my BB or am I going mad? This is making my b*** chew tobacco! TIA Scott

Do you have a media card in the phone?

If so, you're probably seeing the folders from it.

In order to get to it on your phone click on the media icon then menu key and explore.
