I just went to 4.5 so I can use docs2go. When I went to the dataviz site on my BB, it said it was on my phone. I cannot find anything about it, it mentions word 2 go, but I cant find that app.

Any help on how to get this up and going so I can use it for work?

i also downloaded v4.5 for the docstogo but i cant find it. i am currently running v4.5.0.56. BTW wat is a DM i have only had my curve for about a month.

DM = Desktop Manager - software that came with your phone that allows the phone to talk with the computer

You'll have to go back and choose docs 2 go in your DM. I also had to go and get an update to have .xcl file reader.

You have to specifically install Docs2Go. It will not be installed by default.

The program should be in the list of apps when you plug the phone in and access DM. It should let you click it to put it on your phone.

So i downloaded the newdm 4.6 then updated my bb ....but it downgraded my d2g. how do i get back sheets to go. thanks

Register with dataviz, log into their site and send yourself an email with an OTA link.
