I have a Curve 8300 and while most of the time I receive and can view pdf attachments with my email, there are some auto generated emails with pdf attachments that do not show up. I get the email, but it just looks like there is no attachment. When I view the same email in Outlook on my PC I see and can view the pdf attachment. Anyone else have this issue and can point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.
I assume that you are connected to a corporate network and therefor are using you corporation's email service via a Blackberry product called Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES). If this is the case, you should really take this problem to your internal IT dept.
