    I cannot get DM 4.5.16 to sync my contacts. It will not even open the option to sync.

    Any ideas?

    Depending on how old your computer is, it may have an older version of outlook express. It needs to have at least version 6

    If you can give more detials it would be nice.

    Outlook or outlook express and version.

    If you have sync'd before you want to remove the software and re-install or better yet get DM 4.6 from blackberry.com.

    Outlook 2002 (10.6838.6845) sp3 on Vista Home

    I got it to work once today buy I am not sure how.

    I was under the impression that DM 4.6 had issues.
