I'm trying to change my email signature from the default BB one.
I did some research and found the BIS site to log into and change it.
I have to set my up BB email account, it asked for my PIN and my ENS/MEID.

    What is the device ESN/MEID?

Easy, I know. But I'm totally new to the entire BB experience.

i think its easier to sign up for your bis account from your phone, then once youve done that, you can log onto sprint.blackberry.com and change your signature. i believe you have to go to sprint.blackberry.com from a computer, because it wont let you change it from your phone.

    Found the ESN.
I tried creating my account and it says one already exists for my PIN, which I don't understand... I did not set up my BB email yet...
    Only my 3 Gmail accounts.

You need to call Sprint Customer Support and have them reset it for you. Then you will be fine.

No, there's a forgot password link. If you click that, it will SMS the password for your account to your phone

Many times that will not work. People are better off calling Customer Support.

In addition, the error that the poster is getting signifies that an account was already created for that device but he does not know the user name/password for that account which is typical when the email was set up on the device instead of the BIS site.
