Hi everyone well my problem is the next when I try to active the mobil network on my cell phone the cell phone displays a message "no network available" the cell phone is unlocked and have the sim inserted. after this message I disable the mobil network and enable again and after this the cell phone display a message "device error: 246" in a gray screen and reset the terminal.
