I am somewhat new to this but I just installed Desktop Manager 4.7 English w/Media. I have my Curve 8330 connected to the USB cord but it is not recognizing the connection. I tried multiple USB ports as well but still nada. A lil help please??

Nope, that is the problem.

There has been quite of few issues with DM 4.7, try using either 4.5 or 4.6 without media manager, you will find this easier...

Well, the main reason I am using DM is to have access to my mp3s...unless there is another way to do this>??
