Is it possible to run Blackberry Desktop Manger (latest version, 4.3) minimized in the tray? I'd love to have it running in the background, like the Device Manger does, so it'll automatically sync whenever I plug the device in. Or is there another workaround? This feature was available on my Toshiba PDA 6 years ago...
