[Tron#CB]

I have downloaded almost all v. of desktop manager to troubleshoot this issue and have attempted to resolve it through tech support which only resulted in lost time.So Im here to get some help and scrounge up w/e knowledge and applications I can absorb.
(1) After installing desktop manager and opening media manager it begins to load my media but then the window turns blue and covers everything inside blocking my view. Ive worked around that enough now to get past it by grabing a different window and rubing it across and it washes away the blue untill I click on a thumbnail, icon etc. Why is it bugin out like that?
(2) When I drag or copy down video files it pops up the covert option which is nice but it wont let me choose convert for optimal playback or advanced conversion options, it just stays locked onto copy with no conversion. Im baffled
