I recently got a Blackberry Curve from verizon for Christmas.

When I went and tried to install the Desktop manager from the CD that came with the packet the install manager froze up and it would not install.
I believe that was version 4.3

I am looking to download the DM from online.

What version should I download??

I am running OS 4.5.0.77

You'll have to put in all your info but then after that just follow the steps, and it will take a while for the dl to complete, just to let you know.

Thanks for the help but I still can't get these to install.

I get an error that the installation could not be completed

4.6 is the best dm imo. Download it straight from rim.

I've experienced more issues with 4.6, than 4.5.

This is the error message I get for everyone I try and download, 4.3, 4.5, or 4.6.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there anyway Verizon or RIM could help me with the problem?

Are you using Vista? Try installing in admin mode.
