    4.5 or 4.6 without media manager is what I prefer. You dont need media manager just drag and drop your media files after you enable mass storage mode.

    I'm new to the Blackberry and was reading this thread. I see that after enabling mass storage, I can only access the SD card. When I had media manager installed, I had access to the device's memory as well. What gives?

    Why would you need to access the devices memory? If you put anything on there you take up the dedicated memory space for the phone.

    Windows is not capable of see you devices memory on it's own. Only the SD card which acts like a removable disk drive. You need access through DM to the device memory.
