So I got my curve a few weeks ago and I updated the desktop manager I was running to v4.6. So I go to add some new tracks tonight to my curve and when I click on the media in the desktop manager. It opens and the only option I have is to sync media. The media manager is not an option and is grayed out. Now what? How can I get to media manager?

You can also transfer songs by finding your blackberry in your "My Computer" folder. Just make sure you have enabled mass storage and use the blackberry like a removable disk.

I was looking at that upgrade, i think u have to choose media manager as an option.

Are you connectd by USB or Bluetooth? Certain features are not only available by USB.
