    It's unbelievable I can't find a tutorial for this software.
    Have searched other forums and posts, nothing !
    I have visited, on this site, a Blackberry 101 tutorial on BDM.
    Seen screenshots of this software I can not access.
    I must be an effing *****.
    Can someone please give me STEP BY STEP ***** INSTRUCTIONS.

    just go to www.blackberry.com/downloads and download it to your comp there it will just replace whatever dm; you had there before

    Go here:
    BlackBerry - BlackBerry Desktop and Device Software Download Sites

    and follow the links to your provider's download site. On your BB, go to Options>> about, and check your OS version. Then download the matching OS from your provider's site. The open and install the software on your PC. then try the DM app loader again.

    Ok, I have the latest OS on my Curve, I have the latest BDM 4.3 on my PC, what am I missing?

    I still cannot access the CORE info in BLACKBERRY DESKTOP MANAGER.

    You have to get the OS software and install it for you to get the core apps options.

    The OS from your BB must also be installed on your PC.
    Once you have it D/Led on your PC, open it and install it like any other software. It allows the app loader to work properly and install or remove apps to your BB.

    Go to Unsupported Browser and login to my t mobile and lookn for system upgrades and download the device software to your comp
