    Hi All,

Just want to apologize in advance if this problem has been addressed elsewhere.

    About my BB:
    -Verizon Curve, o/s 4.5.0.77 on a BES
    -Applications installed: Google Mobile App
    -3 gig memory card
    -Free memory: 29821631
    -Synchs wirelessly to Lotus Notes

Problem: My blackberry erases contacts from my address book after a period of time (about 2 months). If they are a bbm contact, they are not deleted from bbm but they are deleted from my address book.

I spent 10 hours on the phone with verizon doing a hard reset and then upgrading the o/s. Did nothing. Then Verizon finally sent me a new phone. However, even with my new phone, I just noticed yesterday that contacts had been deleted.

Yesterday I went into my Address book options and disabled Wireless Synchronization. I'm hoping this will fix it. But it's really just a shot in the dark.

Has anyone heard of this problem/know any fixes?

    Thanks for any help/advice.

Yea its at 29 now - its never been too low - I move everything I can to the memory card - and it still has a couple gigs free.
