I have an 8310 and I set up 2 emails, on the main screen I have 3 mail folders 1 for each email account and 1 that says messages where all the emails go I would like to get rid of that folder and have my text folder there (I currently have to go to my application folder to access my text folder) how do I do this? Under options SMS and Email Inboxes is already set to seperate.
You can hide the messages folder - on the icon press menu and
select "Hide". You can't delete it or any other icon in a theme.
You can move the SMS folder my going to the icon, press menu
select "Move", use the t/ball to place it where you want and click
it to finish.
A couple of caveats: (A) You will need to do this with every
theme as there is no global change and (B) some themes do
not allow for the movement of icons
Thanks for your help, I was able to hide the one folder but can't figure out how to move the SMS/MMS folder that is in the application folder out to the main screen, any help is much appreciated
