I have had my 8310 for over a week now and have a bunch of junk SMS that I want to get rid of, but others I want to keep. Is there any way to select multiple messages to delete at once, without highlighting then deleting each one individually? If not, how do I just delete all messages at once?

I did a search on this and did not find anything.

Higlight the date and select delete prior.

since the messages show up organized by date.. you can scroll down to a particular date, use your menu key, and select delete prior. This will delete all messages below the date you are selecting!

Good advice; been wrestling with the highlight, delete, confirm, repeat method for about a week -- it was driving me NUTS! :P

All RIM needs to do is allow you do delete multiple emails that aren't consecutive, like my Outlook at work.
