Does the default call volume come set at 100%? I went into that setting and "previous" is highlighted, with 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% listed below. How can I know what mine is set at if it shows "previous" highlighted?
"Previous" indicates that the call volume will remain at whatever you had it set at during your last call. If you set it to one of the levels, it will remain at that level as default.
To find out what level you are currently set at, call your voicemail. On the right of your screen there will be a volume bar, that you can adjust with the buttons on the side of the phone. Set it to the level you are comfortable with, and if you leave "previous" highlighted, it will remain at that level until you change it again.
Should be a button on the top of your device (unsure, never owned a curve) looks like a speaker with a line through it. Press and hold, you will get a message displayed saying profile changed to vibrate. quickest and easiest way.
I do think it's funny, though, that the curve forum has more posts than any other forum; more than double even of the bb general discussion forum! Lol. I guess we know who really cares about (or is addicted to) their berries!

that's because the Curve has been around longer! look at how many Storm posts and views there are and how long THAT device has been available. not sure if posts = dedication...
